BAD EXPERIMENTS

In this world, there are a lot of scientifics and all those scientifics done a lot of experiments. A long time ago, there were scientifics, too. But all the experiments they've done are with animals, plants,... Why ? Why animals ? They never do experiments with people. I think it's because they're afraid. You can go to jail if you kill a person but if you kill an animal, it doesn't matter. Why ? Are humans really more important than animals ?
I don't agree with this idea. I think animals are stronger than humans, because they've adapted themselves to their atmosphere years and years ago to survive while we (the humans) had to invent our own new world to survive. And we are proud of that... Actually we are an ignorants. If all those people who kill an animal go to jail, there wouldn't be many free people in this world...

I have read the book "El llibre de les mosques" (The book of flies) and I really liked it. The book talks about a man who kill a woman.

I think Emili Teixidor is a very good writer and all his books talks about true things, things that happened in teenager's life. Really great !

ORAL PRESENTATION !

My name is Emma Malet but I prefer Emma Marley... I'm the reincarnation of Bob Marley !!!!
But, Bob Marley is not the subject of what I'm going to talk.The subject is not music, is not my guitar, is not "make love not war", no, none of that. This time I'm going to talk about a different thing... PHOTOGRAPHY !!!!
So, first thing I wanna say... The camera has nothing to do with the quality of the picture. It's always the angle by which you take the picture.

I don't do only photos of landscapes. I also do photos of people.

I love photography because when I have the camera in my hands, the only thing I think is to capture the world. Capture and hold him in this box and stay there forever.

I want to capture the energy transmitted by the things around me when I take a picture.

As also, for example, I want to feel the joy that pervades these guys when they do incredible things.

I really like the photos of babies like Anne Geddes, she's really great.

Now, I'm working on a project. I'm making a movie about these crazy guys who are thrown into the void without thinking. But still, I love to watch them.

And best of all is the friendships that appear between these people and my camera... We're like a family, there are never hard feelings or anything, always laughing, taking photos and laughing again.

There are people who don't like the photos. I think it's because when they look at a picture, they only see a piece of paper. But if you think a little better, you will see that it's not just a piece of paper. It's much more than that. It's a memory, a moment of the past that will always be there.

PRIDE AND PREJUDICE

Pride and Prejudice is a novel by Jane Austen, first published in 1813.

In 2005, they make a film about this book.

The story talks about a young girl, names Elizabeth Bennet who has four other sisters. One day, they went to a party and there, she mets a rich man called Darcy. First, they not really talk because Mr Darcy is something strange... He never talk, never moved... He looks like embarrased.

After some days, she mets him again a lot of time but never stopped to talk to him.

One day, Mr Darcy said to her that he loved her and he want to marry her. But she said no...

At the end of the story, she fell in love with him and get married !

BEING FREE....

Now I will talk about happiness, or something...

It has nothing to do with being rich, or to fall in love or having fun one day. No no and no!

It has to do with something a little more hidden. A simple smile, even a glance... A felling, even a tear... Freedom, even to escape... Many things, including freedom of expression... Being happy is to be free, as being free is something that gets to be happy.

It costs a lot to get to be free and that being happy is something you can't have forever.

In your life you go through some moments that make you doubt everything, your world turns giving each step you take. You can remedy this, is the law of life.

Just let me give you some tips to get happy, and for be free...

1- Open your eyes to things less obvious.

2- When you fall, get up again with your head held high, proud of yourself... Fall and proud by becoming a lift without hurting.

3- Smile to life... She will thank you one day.

4- Don't wait until tomorrow, live the present as ever lived.

5- Respect Mother Earth. And she will respect you.

THE NOISE OF DRUGS...

THIRTEEN !

Thirteen it's a movie which talk about a girl (Tracy) who met another girl (Evie). But Evie is not a really good girl... She take drugs, she thing ol the time of sex and she want to be a member of Tracy's family.

The most important topic of this film is drugs and sex.

Tracy take drugs because she want to be popular, like Evie. She want to be the center of the world...

There's a part of the movie when Tracy took drugs and she felt really bad... I think with this scene you can understand why you felt like this, how drugs affect you...

This film is a little shocking for the parts like when they took drugs, or when she said horrible things to her mother.... I think she's a fashion victim from Evie.

The difference of Adrian Mole and Thirteen...

Adrian Mole talk about a boy (Adrian) who felt in love with a girl (Pandora). Adrian has a lot of family problems like they're poor, his mother left home, his fother don't do anything,... And the diary, he talk about his spots, his body, his friends, how he felt in love,... There are typicals problems.

Thirteen talk about the experience of Tracy... How she became another girl because she wanted to be like Evie. The movie talk about problems of an adolescent who do bad things.

A LITTLE SUMMER...

Hey Lourdes, how are you?

You said that you don't want something like " I like, I live, I don't like..." so, I'm going to talk about my summer.

This summer, I was working at the Pollo-Pollo restaurant in Empuriabrava. It was really great. The people who I worked with was really funny. We were like a family. So, I worked a lot and now, I have a lot of money just for me!

On the 11th of September (for Terra de Trobadors), I rode horseback from twelve o'clock to eleven o'clock. It was really funny! I really loved it. I participated in the tournament too!

It was a really great summer. But it ends and now, I'm here, at the High School, with you!

Ah, and I went on holidays too, with my mother. We went to France, to Camargue. It's a place like the Aiguamolls from here but really much larger. There are a lot of wild horses, wild bulls and other animals. And I made my dream come true: I ran with the horse on the beach of Camargue, with the wind in my face and a smile in my mouth. It was the dream of my mother, too. Although she didn't run! There are also many dragonflies, but we don't undestand why they were there. So, this is a summary of my summer. Now I have to work and think of my future... .
