Salvador Dalí loved the town of Perpignan. Three years ago a series of clasher took place in the city's street between rival cultural groups. But after that, Perpignan want to demostrated its ability to rise to the challenges of multi-culturalism.
But all this things cost a lot of money and the Generalitat only gave half. So, for win money they decided to do a lot of concerts in all the city for the summer. And there will be an exposition in memory of Salvador Dalí.
